"I found Janine through a referral from a friend’s mom. She was immediately responsive to my needs- initially I was just thinking about starting to maybe look. Months later, when I was ready to actually start looking, she connected with me and within 24 hr of my email, and we had a face to face appointment to discuss my needs, budget, etc. One of my favorite things? at NO POINT did she ever try to convince me to go out of my budget (which was the lower end for Bend), despite my income allowing higher. I immediately fell in love with this property- she clearly had listened to what I loved, what I hated, what I wanted, and what I did not want! This place could not have been more perfect! Of course nothing is- even when you build your own. But honestly I can’t think of anything I wanted in my first home that I did not get here. The next day she let me know that an offer had been made, so if we wanted it, we should make one. She respected my wishes in not overbidding, and helped me write a great letter- and 3 days later, my offer was accepted. She always managed expectations, while simultaneously listening to my needs and wants. I cannot recommend Janine highly enough- I will definitely use her in the future as needed! She will ensure you get what you want within your budget, if it exists here in Bend!"
